Olive oil
use 1/2 pack
of frozen basil, and some crushed garlic
mix in olive oil till at the consistanty u want and there you have pest sauce
at a fraction of the fat and price :)
There isn't really a specific quantity just a case of playing around to see
what suits u best :)
