Fish bake

2 plaice
fillets
400g mixed sea food
Frozen spinach (enough to make thick layer over bottom of over dish you are
using)
Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself 4 cheese sauce or alternative)
Spray oil
Salt and pepper
Cook frozen spinach according
to packet instructions. Spray oil over ovenproof dish. Spread spinach over
bottom of dish. Remove skin from plaice. Season plaice and roll fillet sup like
a swiss roll. Place on spinach. Distribute seafood mix over fish and cover with
sauce. Bake in oven (190 degrees celsius) until golden).
Serve with vegetables and
potatoes, but add extra points
