1 500g pack minced turkey
1 small onion,grated
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 chicken stock cube
salt & pepper
1 tabs chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
Using your hands mix all ingredients together divide into 1½ cm thick
patties.
Cook for 7 minutes each side turning once
