mushrooms, 1/2 onion, green pepper, 2 or 3 dried chillis, can chopped tomatoes mixed herbs, spray oil, 2 tsp tomato puree

stir fry chopped mushrooms, onion & green pepper in spray oil. add chopped toms & tomato puree. add chilli & herbs to taste
