Baked Meat Loaf

Serves 4-6
450g extra lean minced beef
1 medium onion, grated
50g mushrooms, chopped finely
75g oats
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato puree
Grease a loaf tin with frylight. Combine all
ingredients and press into tin. Level surface and place in oven.
Cook for 40 mins at Gas 4/180ºC.
Serve hot or cold.
