2 sheets dried egg noodles
1 chicken breast, sliced
1 small piece frying steak, sliced
king prawns
1 packet bean sprouts
1 onion sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 spring onions chopped roughlt
half red pepper, sliced
half yellow pepper sliced
4 oz mushrooms
2 oz sugar snap peas
2 oz baby sweetcorn
soy sauce
1 Chinese Oxo or 5 spice & salt & pepper
Boil noodles for 4 minutes in salted water.
Heat a large wok or frying pan, dry fry onions, garlic, chicken &
steak.
When chicken is cooked add all other ingredients and cook well, add
noodles, stir well.
