Sausage and Tomato Bake
Serves 4
2 onion, sliced
250g cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp sage, fresh and chopped
8 low-fat sausages
Pre-heat oven Gas 5 190'C
Put onions, tomatoes and sage in dish. Season and top with sausages. Spray.
Bake 45 mins, until the sausages are browned, turning occasionally. Serve with veg and mash.
