Spiced White Cabbage

Serves 6
3 tbsp veg stock
12 juniper berries
1 green chilli finely chopped
450g white cabbage shredded
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp splenda
Heat the stock, juniper berries and chillies in a
pan and when hot add the cabbage and peppers. Stire over h igh heat for 2
mins and then add rest of ingredients. Stir again for a further minute
and serve.
