Another SW recipe!
85gms All Bran
2 eggs
3 tbsps sweetener
Mixed spice and cinnamon to taste.
Soak All Bran in 8 tblps boiling water and leave to
soften.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 7 mins
You could add these flavours, but remember to count the
points:
1oz sultanas - 1pt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Or you could add
15g cocoa - 1pt
flavouring, eg orange
2 tbsp mincemeat 2pts
