Crunchy Carrot and Celery Salad

4 carrots, coarsely grated
1 good sized celery heart, chopped
1 small pepper, de-seeded and chopped
Fat-free dressing
Salt n pepper
1. Put the carrot, celery and green pepper into a bowl and moisten with a
little dressing.
2. Mix well until everything is coated with the dressing. Season to taste
and serve.
