Hazelnut and Honey Stuffed Apple
Serves 1
2 pts per serving
1½ pts on core
1 dessert apple, cored and scored around the middle
1 tsp roasted chopped hazelnuts
1 tsp raisins
1 tsp runny honey
Put apple in a small microwave container.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into the cored apple.
Cook 2 mins on high. Leave to stand for 1 min before
serving.
