Greek Ebly Salad

50g dry
weight Ebly
25g Feta Cheese
10 black olives
cucumber
tomatoes
radishes
lettuce
red onion
fat free salad dressing (I used Asda Lemon & Cracked Black Pepper)
Cook the Ebly according to
the packet instructions. Drain and cool. Place in a bowl.
Chop the Feta cheese into little squares, halve and stone the olives. Mix into
the Ebly with the other salad veg and your salad dressing. Chill until
required.
