Sardine Special

Sardine Special

Serves 1

3-4 oz drained canned sardines

3 oz peeled and diced tomato

2 tsp onion flakes

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp cider vinegar

4 tsp salad cream

1 slice (1 oz) bread toasted


Place sardines a basin and mash. Mix with the rest of ingredients. Spread over toast, put under hot grill and cook until browned. Serve at once
