Low Lasagna

250g of
turkey mince
Onion
Garlic
Herbs
Mushrooms
2 tins of toms
4oz lasagna sheets
1 jar Ragu Light White Sauce
Spray oil
Crush garlic and finely chop
onion. Fry in spray oil
Add mince and fry until browned
Add mushrooms ( I add quite a lot for bulk), toms and herbs
Reduce (takes a while)
Layer up meat and pasta sheets in a oven proof dish
Pour over sauce
Cook on 200 degrees celcius for about 30 mins
Great with salad
Can be frozen
