Sunflower Seed Scones

125gm Soya
Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1-2 Tablespoons Skimmed Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Put all the dry ingredients
into a bowl and bind together with the eggs.
Add enough skimmed milk to make into a dough.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts and put onto a warm baking tray.
Sprinkle a few sunflower seeds on top of each scone.
Bake in a hot oven for about 15-20mins.
This is a low carb recipe and
makes about 6 medium scones. They are very filling and with sliced ham and
tomato make a good packed lunch item.
