CHOCOLATE BRANDY POTS

4.5 syns per serving

70g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

350g quark

2 tbsp sweetener

1 tsp vanilla extract

175g pot muller light Vanilla

4 cherries (or fruit of your choice)

2.

Put the quark in a blender with the sweetener, brandy and vanilla extract.  Scrape in the melted chocolate and blend until smooth.

3.

Transfer the mixture into 4 small dessert glasses or ramekins.

4.

Spoon over the vanilla yogurt and top with a cherry (or any other fruit you wish)

5.

These are delicious served with a dusting of cocoa powder (1/2 syn per level teaspoon) and icing sugar (1 syn per level teaspoon).

These chocolate pots are even tastier after a bit of time in the fridge so, if you can, make them in advance until you are ready to eat
