Garlic & lemon roasted spuds

750g small
new spuds washed/unpeeled
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 large head of garlic split into cloves
4 sun dried toms quartered
4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
dash of Worcester sauce
4 tbsp of stock
spray oil
heat oven 200c/gm 6
Slice spuds in
1/2place in a shallow baking dish, add rest of items
mist with oil
roast for approx 30 mins
Add stock or water if sticking to the pan
