Quick and Easy Sweet Chilli Salmon

Serves 2

13pp per serving/1pp on F&H


110g Asda Salmon Fillets (12)

250g Tesco Wholegrain Microwave Rice/ (10)

Asda Small Tin Garden Peas (2)

2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (2)

2 x Peppers (0)

1 x Onion (0)

2 Cloves Garlic (0)

1 tsp Turmeric (0)

Salt and Pepper

Drizzle chilli sauce on salmon, wrap in foil and cook in oven for 15 minutes.

Dice Peppers, Slice Onions and add both and garlic to wok and cook in frylight.

Add salt, pepper and turmeric and add cooked rice and mix well.

Add peas and continue to cook for a further minute.

Serve with salmon.
