Fruity Bread Pudding

 

Fruity Bread Pudding  

 

Serves 4

 

F&H:[Zero pp's per serving]

ProPoints:[2pp's per serving]

 

3 slices ww white  bread

1/2 pint skimmed milk

2 eggs

4 dessert spoons of Splenda

F&H Jam

1 Tsp  Cinnamon

1Tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Cut the slices of bread in half diagonally and spread thickly with the jam (I left the crusts on) Place in an ovenproof dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also add fruit on top then stand for 30 mins then oven bake for 35-40 mins at approx 200 C/Gas Mark 6.
