CHICKEN CURRY LASAGNE

 

CHICKEN CURRY LASAGNE

 

2-3 Chicken breast diced
1 onion chopped
2 tins of chickpea Dahl
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Stock cube of your choice

Lasagne Sheets

 

 

1.

Put chicken and onion in a frying pan and cook until chicken is sealed. 

 

 

2.

Add the 2 tins of chickpea dahl, tin of chopped tomatoes and stock cube and cook for 10-15 mins

 

 

3.

Layer in a dish with lasagne sheets.

 

 

4.

If you want to you can top with cheese (HEA or syn it)

 

 

5.

Cook in moderate oven (180o) for 20-25 mins.

 

 

6.

Serve with salad and slimming world chips.
