Coconut and White chocolate flapjacks

 

Coconut and White chocolate flapjacks  

1pp for 2 (F&H)

260g of oats
3 eggs
20g of coconut 
30g of golden syrup (or you can use sweet freedom honey for 0pp)
Sweetener 
1 sachet of options white hot chocolate 
2 apples 

Peel and chop the apples and stew them in water and sweetener until soft and then blend to make an apple sauce
Add the apple sauce and the 3 eggs to the dry ingredients and mix everything together 
Bake them on gas mark 6 / 200degrees for 20-23 minutes!
