Tomato Sauce

Serves 1/ prep and cooking time = 25 mins

Points per recipe and serving  = 0

 

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 yellow pepper, chopped

30g mushrooms, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

220g can chopped tomatoes

1 tsp dried mixed herbs

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Canned spray oil

 

Spray a pan with spray oil and heat. Gently cook the onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic to soften. Add the chopped tomatoes, herbs and salt n pepper to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins.
