Low Point Pizza Bread

Serves 1/prep and cooking time = 5 mins

Points per recipe and serving = 2

 

1 mini pitta bread

1 clove of garlic, peeled and cut in half

1 tomato, sliced

2 mushrooms, sliced

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsps grated Parmesan cheese

 

1. Split the pitta bread in half. Rub the 2 cut sides of the pitta bread with the garlic. Place tomatoes and mushroom slices on each pitta half, sprinkle with oregano, seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

2. Place under a hot grill and cook until heated through, then serve with salad.
