Mushroom Sauce

Mushroom Sauce

Serves 1/prep and cooking time = 15 mins

Points per recipe and serving = 2

 

100g mushrooms, sliced

1 tsp oil

1 onion, sliced

1/2 red pepper, sliced

1 tbsp pf low fat plain fromage frais

 

1. Heat the oil in a pan and soften the onion and pepper for a bout 5 mins, add the mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 mins.

2. Remove from the heat and stir in the fromage frais. Serve
