Yoghurt Jelly Mousse

 

Yoghurt Jelly Mousse

Makes 1.2 litres

Serves 4/ prep and setting time 5 mins

 

600ml boiling water

2 pkts of sugar free jelly

2x 125g tubs of very low fat fruit yoghurt

 

1. Pour the boiling water into a large measuring jug and sprinkle over the jelly. Stir until dissolved. Leave to cool for a few minutes then stir in the yoghurt.

2. Add sufficient cold water to make the jelly up to 1.2 litres. Pour into suitable containers or dishes and refrigerate to set.Serve when set.
