No Point Greek style beans

Beans(Sliced)
Tin chopped tomato
Med Onion (Sliced)
1tbs Tomato Ketchup
Fry Light spray
Salt & Pepper
Canderel (To Taste)
Gently
fry the sliced onions until translucent (not browned)in the Fry light.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for approx. 45mins to 1hour (Until
beans are tender and cooked).
Season and add Canderel to taste as sometimes tinned tomatoes can be sharp.
Serve with warmed bread for a light lunch.(Add points for Bread)
This
was a favourite Greek dish that my Greek nan made for me and with a few
adaptations, I can still enjoy!!
