Creamy Salad Dressing
Calories approx 130 for recipe mix.
200g pot of virtually fat free fromage frais - 80 cals
half bottle Waistline 99% fat free Vinaigrette - 15 cals
3-4 teaspoons 'Nothing comes closer to sugar' sweetener - 8 cals
1-2 dessertspoons grainy mustard - about 25 cals
Whip everything up together, add sweetener 1 teaspoon at a time
and taste as you go as you might not like salad dressing too sweet. STOP
tasting though, once you finish -lol
If you have a screw top container to put this in it should keep
for at least a week and up to 2 weeks in the fridge
