TROPICAL FRUIT CRUMBLE

Serves 4

Points per recipe 19½

Points per serving 5

 

low fat cooking spray

2 bananas, sliced thinly

225g canned pineapple rings in natural juice, cut into pieces and juice reserved

30ml white, dark or spiced rum

140g packet crumble mix

50g unsweetened wholewheat muesli with dried fruit

 

Preheat oven to Gas 5/190ºC

Lightly spary a deep 15cm round (6") ovenproof dish with the spray oil.

Layer the bananas and pinapple with the juice and rum into the dish.

Mix the crumble mix with the muesli and spread over the fruit.

Bake for 30-35 mins until golden.  Serve hot or cold.
