Eggy Breads

 

Eggy Breads

 

Hard boil 5 small eggs, halve and scoop out the yolks.  Bind withe a little extra light mayonnaise or alternatively, extra light philly.  Sppon back into the egg whites and place, curved side up onto pieces of rye crispbread.  Do this just before serving.

 

Alternatively, serve the eggs without the crispbread.
