Crunchy rhubarb fool

Stew some rhubarb with sweetener.
Mix 200g of fat free fromage frais with some sweetener.
Toast in a moderate oven 50g porridge oats.

Get 2 small tumblers and layer as follows..

Rhubarb..fromage frais..oats..rhubarb..fromage frais..oats..

( looks fab in a glass and tastes lovely
