Crunchy Bran Chicken

4 Chicken Quarters or 8 Chicken Drumsticks
1 Egg, beaten
4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
112g Bran Flakes, crushed
• Preheat the oven to 190˚C/375˚F/GM 5/170˚C Fan Assisted Oven.
•
• Blend mustard with egg
• Brush chicken carefully with the egg-mustard mixture
• Coat with the crushed bran flakes
• Place the coated chicken in an ovenproof dish and bake for about an hour
or until tender
• Serve with vegetables
