Chicken and Herb Parcels

  • Serves: 2

3 pts

 

2 chicken breasts 

 courgettes, red onions, mushrooms & peppers

 finely chopped garlic,

 mixed herbs 

 frylight.

1. Place the chicken breasts in tin foil along with some mixed herbs, garlic and season with salt n pepper.

2. Place in oven and bake until they are tender, checking them and turning them over, when needed.

3 Spray you selected veggies with frylight and bake in oven too 

 

You can have any veggies you want and maybe even serve with a jacket potato, remembering to add an extra 3 points for potato
