Smoked Salmon Pate or Dip

 

Smoked Salmon Pate or Dip

3 1/2 points

4 slices of smoked salmon

1 small tub of diet cottage cheese

3 tbsps 0% fat greek yoghurt

zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 bunch of dill

seasoning

 

Place everything except smoked salmon in a food processor and whizz until smooth.

Add smoked salmon and whizz again for a few seconds. If too thick simply add a few tbsps of water.
