Apple and plum fool

4 medium
eating apples
3 plums
1.5 tbsp custard powder
granulated artificial sweetner to taste
300ml skimmed milk
200g pot vanilla Mullerlight yogurt
make
thick custard using powder, sweetner and skimmed milk. Leave to cool. Slice up
apples and plums and cook over a low heat until fruit starts to break down.
Leave to cool. In a large bowl, combine cooled fruit, custard and vanilla
yogurt. Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate until completely cold.
