No Count Banana ice cream

Slice a banana, lay in a single layer on a freezer proof plate or baking sheet and freeze.
When banana slices are frozen, whizz in your processor, adding flavourings of your choice, eg. vanilla extract, cinammon, whatever. At first, it will look like it's not going to change into cream but persevere and it will.

Eat immediately before it melts

Add some milk, a little at a time, until creamy, or some vanilla yoghurt!
Would make a nice banana custard style sauce
