Mint tea

Mint tea

This is great reviver after lunch or dinner, and helps to prevent that post meal slump.

Make a pot of tea with a teaspoon of loose green tea per person, stir in a bunch of fresh mint. Leave to stand for three minutes, then stir in artificial sweetener to taste. Strain into Moroccan tea glasses or heatproof glass tumblers.
