8 * Chicken Thighs (skin off)
400 gm tin of apricots in own juice
One packet of Knorrs French Onion Soup
Brown the chicken for 5 minutes on a
high heat
Transfer to a casserole dish and add the apricots and the French onion soup
powder
Mix together and cook on 180 degrees for 90 minutes stirring every 15 minutes
Special Notes |
Don't make the mistake of making the soup with water. It should be
added dry! Lovely with a nice green salad in the summer or cous cous.
