8 * Chicken Thighs (skin off)
400 gm tin of apricots in own juice
One packet of Knorrs French Onion Soup

Brown the chicken for 5 minutes on a high heat
Transfer to a casserole dish and add the apricots and the French onion soup powder
Mix together and cook on 180 degrees for 90 minutes stirring every 15 minutes

Special Notes

Don't make the mistake of making the soup with water. It should be added dry! Lovely with a nice green salad in the summer or cous cous.
