Mushrooms

1½ points per serving
2 tbsp
wholegrain mustard
2
tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
2 garlci
cloves, crushed
8 large
flat mushrooms
1 tsp
paprika
Preheat the
oven to 200ºC/Gas6. In a large bowl, mix together the mustard, oil,
Worcestershire sauce and garlic, then season with salt andpepper.
Add the
mushrooms to the mixture and toss well to coat them evenly. This can be done in
advance. Place the mushrooms stalk side up in a roasting tin and sprinkle
with paprika. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with
salad leaves and crusty bread. Remembering to add points for any bread.
