500 g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices.
1 teaspoon mixed spice
juice of 1 large orange
1 teaspoon sweetener

arrange
sweet potato slices on an aluminim foil tray sprayed with frylight, sprinkle
combined orange juice,sweetener & spices over the top. Cover with foil and
cook for 20 minutes ( if desired cook in oven and finish off on BBQ) Sprinkle
with more orange juice if the potatoes dry out.
