Pasta with
Prawn & Dill Sauce
Serves 4

count & core (UK )
2 tbsp veg
stock
4 tbsp
chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp lemon
juice
340g cooked,
peeled tiger prawns
salt &
pepper
Bring the
stock to the boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Add the lemon juice,
dill and prawns and cook for a minute or two. Season & serve over
pasta.
Tip: Creamy
the sauce up by adding some extra light philadelphia .
