Butternut squash Chips

-One large butternut squash
-Low cal cooking spray
-Cinnamon

Top and tail the butternut squash and cut in half longways. Scoop out seeds and slice the squash into 3cm wide segments, leaving the skin on (this is what makes them caramelised) Spray a baking sheet with low cal spray, place squash in rows and sprinkle on some cinnamon. Leave to cook for 1 hour.

If you'd rather have a more traditional chip like squash don't add the cinnamon but sprinkle some salt over them instead. Then eat with ketchup and mayo...heaven!
