large butternut squash

-Low cal cooking spray
-Cinnamon
Top
and tail the butternut squash and cut in half longways. Scoop out seeds and
slice the squash into 3cm wide segments, leaving the skin on (this is what
makes them caramelised) Spray a baking sheet with low cal spray, place squash
in rows and sprinkle on some cinnamon. Leave to cook for 1 hour.
If
you'd rather have a more traditional chip like squash don't add the cinnamon
but sprinkle some salt over them instead. Then eat with ketchup and
mayo...heaven!
