Gingered Fish


Gingered Fish

Blanch strips of carrot & courgette.

Top white fish eg halibut, cod, haddock with the balcnhed veg.

Sprinkle with grated root ginger, season.

Cover & bake at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 for 25 mins
