Cajun Wedges


Cajun Wedges

Core recipe

Points vary as to the amount of potato used.

100g potato = 1 point

Baking potatoes
Spraylight
Cajun Spice mix

Cut the potatoes into wedges.  Boil for 5 minutes.  Drain and leave to one side.  Spray a baking tray with spraylight, then grind some cajun mix and sprinkle over the tray.  Place the potatoes in the tray.  Spray again with spraylight and sprinkle again with cajun mix.
Bake in the oven (200C) for about half an hour or until the wedges are deep golden in colour.  Serve with half fat creme fresh and chives (5 points per 100ml) or home made free salsa.

These can also be made a chips by peeling the potatoes first and cutting into chips.
