THE AUBERGINE IN HALF LENGTHWAYS. PUT CUT SIDE UP INTO STEAMER AND COOK FOR 10

MEANWHILE MIX ALL
DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. WHEN THE AUBERGINE IS COOKED, CUT IT INTO CUBES
AND MIX WITH THE DRESSING
