tbsp of veg oil (use spray oil for no count)

tsp of cumin seeds
500g
green cabbage, sliced
1
garlic clove, crushed
1
small red pepper, de-seeded and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a non-stick wok or large frying pan, add the cumin seeds and
cook for 1 min. Add the cabbage, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5 mins
until tender.
Serve.
