Potato Chips
Peel
the potatoes (which are 1pt per 100g) and cut into wedges. Parboil for 5 mins,
then toss with 1 tsp oil for each potato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast
at 190C for about 20-25 mins, turning half way. The sugars in the potatoes
caramelise and so they turn slightly black, and very yummy.
