Oatmeal Pudding
No Count
Lightly toast 150g (5½oz) porridge oats under the grill.
Cool, then mix with 200g (7oz) frozen raspberries,
400ml (14fl oz) skimmed milk,
100g (3½oz) low fat plain yogurt and
Sweeten with 4 tbsp powdered sweetener.
Stir well, then cover and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
ready to serve, stir the oat mixture and serve each portion with 1 tbsp low fat yogurt and 15g (½oz) thawed frozen raspberries.
You can add 3
tbsp irish whiskey to this to make an alcoholic pudding, but you need to count
the points for it. 3 tbsp 1½pts
