Strawberry Crepes

40 g flour
1 large egg(s), beaten
150 ml skimmed milk
1 spray low-fat cooking spray
8 quantity strawberries
2 level teaspoon syrup, maple

Place the
flour in a medium bowl, make a well in the centre and add the egg. Stir the
egg so that the flour begins to mix in. Gradually add the milk to make smooth
batter.

Coat a
large pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour ¼ of the batter into the pan and
cook for 2-3 minutes until browned on both sides, tossing once. Repeat with
the remaining batter.

Place 2 crepes
on each serving plate and top with strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup and
fold in half.
