1 x 420 g tin
butterbeans, drained & rinsed
½ tsp garlic
puree
1 tbsp tomato
puree
1 tbsp lemon
juice
1 tsp chilli
sauce or 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Put all
ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Great as a
dip with crudities, or as a sandwich filler.
