Spiced Carrots


Spiced Carrots

3 medium carrots, julienned
2 whole garlic cloves
½ tsp basil
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tps salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
frylight

Boil, steam or microwave the carrots until partially cooked.  Drain well.

Spray a large non-stick pan with frylight and saute the carrot, garlic and spices until tender, adding a little water if necessary.

Remove garlic.  Mix in lemon juice and parsley.

Serve.
